The Customer: Forum Jewellers is an independent family-run jewellers with over 40 years' experience in the retail jewellery trade. Their reputation is built around qualified, knowledgeable staff, a friendly atmosphere and competitive prices. Like many local small businesses they provide you with the individual attention you desire, which has all but disappeared in todays 'high street chain' shops.
The Website: Forum Jewellers had previously had a "home-made" website, but needed something which worked better and looked more professional to advertise their wares. Lucy Connelly Web Design designed a new look, based on their existing logo, and created a website that was designed to inform clients and tempt them into the shop.
