Woman 2 Woman Health is a collection of articles on women's health issues and the menopause, written by Jan Clark, author of Hysterectomy and the Alternatives (Virago 1993, 2nd edition Vermilion 2000), HRT and the Natural Alternatives (Hamlyn 2003) and Natural Menopause (Hamlyn 2004).

It aims to give women more information about symptoms and treatments, and includes sections on HRT, herbal remedies, nutrition, osteoporosis, heart health and stress.
